Who we are
We are an agricultural incubator empowering the youth to reach their highest career goals through education, hands-on training, mentoring, leadership and entrepreneurship.
GLA has built on this foundation to create a system of mentoring which it has called network mentoring to ensure a successive and progressive leadership guidance at 3 levels: professional mentoring to volunteers interested in agriculture and leadership mentoring to students studying agriculture. The initiative is a self running one and has numerous partners on board who are committed to ensuring that we achieve the sustainable development goals (SGD’s) together. Annually, success stories will be celebrated, schools and mentors awarded who have demonstrated remarkable excellence
We believe through this we will be able to establish good foundational skills which will ensure inclusive and quality agricultural education, ensure sustainable production patterns, take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts, end hunger, poverty, malnutrition, ensure good health, gender equality, good jobs, economic growth and partnership for the goals
